Our Commitment

Factor Security is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the accessibility of our website in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Conformance Status

This website is designed to conform to WCAG 2.0 Level AA. Where full conformance has not yet been achieved, we are actively working to resolve known gaps.

Accessibility Features

The following accessibility measures are in place across this website:

  • Full keyboard navigation — every interactive element is reachable and operable without a mouse
  • Visible focus indicator on all interactive elements (links, buttons, form fields)
  • Skip-to-main-content link at the top of every page
  • Meaningful alternative text on all informative images; decorative images are marked to be ignored by screen readers
  • Logical, consistent heading hierarchy (H1 → H2 → H3) on every page
  • All form fields have associated labels accessible to screen readers
  • Form success and error messages are announced to assistive technology
  • Colour contrast meets the WCAG 2.0 AA minimum ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text
  • Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
  • Page language is declared in the lang attribute on every page
  • Navigation menus are keyboard accessible, including dropdown submenus with Escape-key dismissal
  • Buttons and icon-only elements include accessible labels for screen readers
  • New-tab links include a screen-reader notice
  • Animations respect the operating system's reduced-motion preference
