Privacy Policy

"Your data, handled with care."

Last updated: February 22, 2026

1. Information We Receive and Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us when you use our services. This may include URLs you submit for analysis, anonymous usernames and passwords used within our platform, and domain names associated with your organization or queries. We do not collect personally identifiable information beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver our services. All data submitted through our platform is treated as confidential and is subject to this policy.

2. Information Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Firebase (a Google service), which provides enterprise-grade infrastructure with strong access controls and encryption at rest and in transit. Access to stored data is protected by two-factor authentication (2FA) and is restricted to authorized personnel only. We implement technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your information.

3. How We Use and Share Your Information

We use collected information to provide, maintain, and improve our services. Data is processed in anonymized form for analytical and product improvement purposes. Where we serve corporate customers, data may be shared with those customers in pseudonymized form — meaning it cannot be directly linked back to individual users. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third parties for marketing purposes. The only exceptions are where we are required to disclose information by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

4. Your Rights

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679) and its UK equivalent, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. If you are located in the United States, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws, including those enacted in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, and Utah. To exercise any of these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer at info@myedpo.com.

5. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will provide prior notice through our platform or by other appropriate means before the changes take effect. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
